I adore this fryer! The one change I would make is it would be nice if I could remove the oil bowl for easier cleaning. Oh, and the magnetic cord thing can come undone sometimes, we have to make sure it has a direct to outlet position.We have made green fries (battered green beans), jalapeno poppers, onion rings, egg rolls, and homemade corn dogs. All have turned out great. For the price, I think it's nearly perfect!
