DeLonghi D677UX 2-1/5-Pound-Capacity Deep Fryer Review

A great item, still have not found a decent substitute. This is my fourth purchase. Replaced when the teflon coating wears out, makes cleaning hard.Only problem is Delonghi makes so many variations, you have to be careful when you order even though the picture may show a thermostat, some models do not have it, even though some dealer say it has one.
